Alright, so this is a hand expression tutorial. I'm not saving any of my milk, I'm actually

over in the sink so I will be able to just dump it. I'm not going to express too much

milk but you can do hand expression if you do not have a pump or you need to leave your

baby or you want to add it to some food, which I'm not really feeding my baby too much yet
