za albixys : I hate that the new stuff has no real "story". At most it is endless sex and cosplay. No acting, no characters, just 60 minutes of sex and nothing else.

And the "grainy" is mostly from the videotape era as that was the limit of 480i. A modern remaster of film like Vinnegar Syndrome does is spectacular. But first they need to get a good master of the film to scan.

Hello sir: I greatly admire and respect your dedication to REAL ADULT MOVIES. This crap they put out these days can truly be called "Porn" because that's all it is.

My first exposure to adult fair was "What's Behind The Green Door and The Devil In Miss Jones" in an actual theater. (This does not include the occasional girly mag and such.)

I'm in my 70's and grew up in the church so you can get an idea of where I'm coming from. But as I became more and more exposed to life in the real world, I found myself more and more interested in what "really" happens in real sexual situations.

I have just watched the first 15 minutes of the 'The history of Pornography - 1970' I joined the military that year and was suddenly introduced to magazines brought back from abroad - such places as Denmark, Sweden and Holland. I was born in 1977 and Lauren in 1980. We are great admirers of the so-called 'golden age' films of Damiano, De Renzy, Paris, Braun - films with good production values including sets, enjoyable plot lines, costuming, real dialogue - all produced on 35 mm film (our preferred medium). In the early 80s and with the advent of cheap video cameras and in-home VHS tape players, the need for 35 mm film-based work for projection in 'adult' theaters of the day declined and with them, production (and product) quality. Although the ability to watch porn (videos) at home might have been good for the industry from a profitability perspective, the ease of production and editing using video meant that less care was required and the order of the day was production volume at the expense of quality. And so it goes....
